I have a hard time believing that in less than 4 hours, I'll be on a plane - probably crying over the atrocity that is plane food - and flying to Taiwan. This explains why I've been furiously trying to pack my entire wardrobe into a few suitcases this week. But despite all of them being full to capacity, I know that, inevitably, I'm going to have absolutely nothing to wear in Taiwan which will shit me to tears.
As we approach the holiday season and the close of a decade, I am thankful for many things: My health, my family, my Proactiv face wash, the fact that Christmas beetles are only abundant during Christmas, Miley Cyrus, reusable Christmas wrapping paper... the list is long. But on there, somewhere, is a note of gratitude to everyone who reads my blog (insert "aww's" here). Infinite thanks for sticking by my blog, you guys! And fingers crossed it'll see through another year and continue to contribute to online pollution.
While blog updates will likely be scarce while I'm gone, I will diligently update my twitter - probably from the halls of the hotel where wifi signals are strongest HAHA. I'll be back in full force on January 3, no doubt jetlagged, but ready to roll in the entries for 2010.
So have a wonderful Christmas and a happy New Year in advance - and

Ready for Taiwan!
