Wow, you could say this past week has been a whirlwind of a week. My Saturday night, in particular, was meant to be spent partying it up at Maroubra Beach... but instead involved a car crash, a last minute party cancellation, an impromptu visit to the city, drinks by the wharf and a lot of unscheduled randomness. Yeah, quite an unfolding of events for one night.
Between all of this, I've been frantically trying to get all those million last minute things done and stay on top of uni. August has been so full of business for me I haven't had much time to think about updating the blog, instead dedicating time to more important things like flossing and folding my clothes. Hey, a girl has to prioritise.
Everything in a nutshell:
- Found my bra size in the children's section of Target today... Well, that was nice.
- Thanks to my new LG Xenon, I can now text at the speed of light on 'roids.
- I'm sure I'm not alone on this but I always end up heartbroken when I go through my closet - today I rediscovered a pair of high-waisted leather shorts that I'd never worn since purchasing them back in '07 and wanted to kick myself in the face.
- Whythefuckdoyouhaveakid.com. Pretty hilare.
- After spending a little time probing the internetz, I've reasoned that the only thing missing from my wardrobe (besides a deliciously sexed up male model, ahem) is a cropped lace top. Namely this or this.
- I need to stop convincing myself that two Cadbury chocolate fingers constitutes a healthy breakfast. Note: it does not.
I also need to stop convincing myself that I don't have enough clothes haha. Here are the long-awaited purchases from the mid-sales that were so highly requested. I've included the price and other details to make life that little bit easier. Just like qwerty keyboards.
